Classes usually take place at fixed times but may be rescheduled under special circumstances. Payments already made for missed classes will not be refunded.

There is no fixed price for translations since pricing varies depending on factors such as volume, processing time etc. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer. Private classes are usually paid in cash (double periods can be booked). For distance learning or online classes via Teams or other video call systems, bank transfer is the only payment option, unfortunately.
