Dispute Settlement Procedure

TCT is not required to take part in any consumer arbitration processes and does not participate in voluntary dispute settlements before a consumer arbitration board.

The EU Commission provides an online (OS) platform for the resolution of consumer disputes. This OS platform allows consumers to settle disputes with entrepreneurs arising from online service or purchase contracts extrajudicially.
