With winter just around the corner, our e-mails and newsletter received a new "coat", meaning they changed their old layout for a newer and somewhat more fashionable version.
New E-Mail-Layout
In October, we gave our e-mails a new layout, which allows for an easier integration of photos, pictures and other data into our mails and provides us with a new range of formatting options as well.
Our logo now presents itself centrally on top and we also have the option to integrate headings and subheadings into our e-mails and hence structure them better.
As the cherry on top, our new formatting allows us to communicate our Corporate Design visually as well, having our corporate colors prominently featured within the new layout, which helps to further professionalize our online presence.
Social Media & QR Code
Furthermore, our new footer grants easier access to our social media channels - We're just one click away! Only the German business platform XING is not supported by our international provider and therefore doesn't appear in our footer. We also added a QR Code to our website so that our (prospective) clients can find us via the scanned code on their smartphones as well.
In short, there are more options to easily find and contact us now - Go ahead and give it a try!
Digitization & Optimization of Our Online Material
Another focus was the optimization of our online material for the internet and our social media channels. While we still adhere to traditional Marketing strategies and methods and our printed brochures are an inherent part of our Marketing concept, we also trimmed our digital portfolio towards a better and quicker availability online.
The Corona pandemic has shown how important it has become to use a twin-track approach and to further digitization and offer digital and online material as an additional option for independent study alongside more traditional forms of learning and advanced training.
Newsletter & Blog
One of our next projects will be the stronger linkage between our newsletters and our blog - That way, you will always be able to know what's happening at TCT.
Website
Our website received a few new subpages, which give you access to videos, reports and other work materials and sheets. We have also integrated a new localization tool and, as part of our ongoing digitization efforts, a QR code into our contact page.
Invoices & Payment Options
Not only our e-mails but also our invoices received a new layout - Our focus here was an easier addition of different items and services on the company's and a better and more intuitive overview on the clients' end. Moreover, with SumUp we introduced a new payment option so that we are now able to accept contactless payments via debit or credit card or via payment link as well, giving our clients a wider range of payment options. Of course you may continue to pay in cash or via bank transfer just like you did before.

All those who follow us on Social Media, can find news on our company profiles and pages on LinkedIn, XING and Facebook. Otherwise, the aforementioned newsletter and our blog will keep you updated on our projects and business development efforts.
Expansion of our Online Library
Last but not least, we are further advancing the expansion of our online library so that our students and clients are able to find our online material, such as handouts and exercise and work sheets, on our platform or website more easily.
